DURBAN AFRICA ONE GOAL ONE EDUCATION 2016

​Saturday 27th August saw the 2016 installment of the annual One Goal One Education Tournament take place at the Penguin grounds in Kharwastan. The event brought together primary schools from surrounding areas, for the purpose of promoting sport among learners as well as fair play. The learners from participating schools enjoyed a full day of competition in the sporting codes of netball and soccer. 

​The event went on successfully and saw the Finals of the Girls Netball pair of Evergreen Primary vs. Marianhill Primary. In the Girls Soccer, the final saw Junagarth Primary face off against Evergreen Primary. The boys Soccer final featured Junagarth Primary vs Mariann ridge (See results below). We would like to thank all the sponsors (Engen, Life Health Care, Umongo Petroleum and KZN Department of Sport & Recreation) as well as all who came out to support and offer assistance with the day.
