• All training  activities  contents  and organisation of exercises must strictly reflect the nature and factors of football {general exercises such as athletic , running , could  IMPEDE  THE DEVELOPMENT OF FOOTBALL SPECIFIC SKILLS .

•  Continuity of training DETERMINES consistency of progress . THE CONTENT and structure of training must address the stimulation and development of a players football brain concurrently  WITH THE DEVELOPEMNT OF ALL OTHER GAMES FACTORS { THE BRAIN HAS TOTAL control over all game components }
  


•  In all aspects  of training the players  must be ENTHUSIASTIC  AND DYNAMIC ie  a players  positive and dynamic mood is ESSENTIAL for learning and improving 
  

 

• INDIVIDUAL DIFFERENCES in regard to physical aspects , physiological make –up , mentality , character and personality o f youngsters  could result in many types of all skill application and response  to the tasks  { later this becomes the basis of individuals playing STYLES
