The Durban African Sports Club (DASC), in partnership with the Nelson Mandela Youth Centre, successfully hosted its annual Fun Games and Activities Day, a heart-warming event dedicated to our special needs children and their families.
This much-loved community programme brings together children, parents, volunteers, and supporters for a day filled with joy, inclusive play, and meaningful interaction. The event aims to create a safe and supportive space where every child can participate, be active, and feel celebrated.
DASC proudly acknowledges and extends sincere gratitude to all the parents, caregivers, sponsors, and community members whose support made this day possible. Your encouragement and generosity continue to make a real difference in the lives of our children.
A special thank-you goes to Clive Pillay, Les Perumal, Mary, and Soobramoney for their dedication, leadership, and commitment to ensuring that our special needs children remain active, engaged, and included. Their hard work and passion were instrumental in bringing this initiative to life once again.
The Durban African Sports Club looks forward to many more years of partnership, growth, and community upliftment as we continue championing activities that empower our youth and support families.
Together, we strengthen our community—one child, one family, one event at a time.
